Fault not sorted
Fault reported on 2nd March 444CNK020315 <br> 4 the March we receive an sms saying that its been attended to.<br> 7th March sms saying that its been restored.We follow steps to say that its hasn't ACTUALLY been restored.<br> <br> Since then we have a terrible line,received shocking service from Telkom overport and actually need to speak to a HUMAN BEING who has some knowledge of how to resolve our problem.<br> <br> If Hellopeter doesn't work BYE BYE TELKOM
