FAULT NOT RESOLVED FOR TWO WEEKS

My phone/ADSL line has been dead for 2.5 weeks and I reported the fault and it has still not been resolved. Every time I call the call centre they tell me that someone is going to come on that day but no one ever comes. I'm not sure what else I am supposed to do.
