Fault not managed well
We logged a call ages ago. Fault no 278CTK090615. I received one call for information. I was told a technician will attend to my problem and contact me. No contact since. Received an sms indicating problem was fixed, which I rep**** to stating is had not. No feedback. Telkom website says fault closed..I escalated on the website. Still no feedback or action. I am most dissappointed.
