Fault not fixed

My home phone which is a prepaid phone has not worked properly since November last year . I was informed my phone was fixed which lasted 1 day . Reported it again still nothing . Then I was told it was fixed again that is when I told the person the cable that goes from the pole to my house is hanging , he said he would report it . The phone still did not work . Then one of the tech phoned me on my cell phone to tell me the phone was fixed so I asked him to hold on so I could check the phone yet it was dead still. Numerous reporting my last reference number is 1080CRZ200115 it is supposedly waiting for the technical department to sort out .Still waiting !My husband went to Telkom at Alberton city only to be told that telkom does not fixed prepaid lines anymore . So where do we go from here ??
