FAULT NOT ATTENDED TO AND CANNOT REPORT A NEW FAULT

<p>Good Day</p> <p>Yesterday my phone was crackling and the connection was intermittent. I know it is the line because I have two phones and neither worked. </p> <p>Today it is dead and my internet service is intermittent.</p> <p>Because I reported the fault yesterday I cannot update it at all and nobody has made any attempt to contact me about the problem.</p>
