Fault logging

<p>I logged a fautl 25 January 17 with Telkom that I have a ADSL Problem with the land line. I received a reference number. From that day about two week later technicians came to my house and struggle to find the problem for another week. Then they said it is a cable problem they will sent out cable guys. They came two weeks back and everyday they say tomorrow, came the next day and say tomorrow. Since 25 January I had no service from Telkom. My land line since has been suspended. On Monday 6 March my son received and sms saying that the fault has been resolved. This hasn't been resolved. Nothing is still not fixed. No cable has been layed it is pulled out from the socket in my house and was left just like that. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
