Fault logged 3 times and still not resolved. Faults where closed without consulting me.

I have logged the same fault with this useless organization since last year. They have the nerve to close it each time without asking me if has been resolved. This renders their entire reporting service as null and void and just a time wasting exercise, that i have too repeat only in hope that my service gets restored. I have reported the fault for a 3rd/4th time today and the the person helping me is spinning me stupid stories and taking me for and idiot.
