Fault logged 10 days ago and NO response from telk

I logged a fault with my business line 10 days ago and it still has not been fixed. When I phone and if someone answers, which is hardly ever! I get the same response 'a technician has been sent to the exchange' but NOTHING has been done and my business line is STIll not fixed! I can not run my business without internet!!! I desperately need this problem fixed!! Please could someone contact me on ***. Thank you.
