FAULT FROM 4 AUGUST STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!
A fault that we as Madzikane Ka Zulu Memorial Hospital logged on the 4th of this month has still not been resolved by Telkom, the fault reference number is 1ANV040818. We have been calling Telkom every single day venting out our frustations as this is really inconviniencing our hospital and the community at large but they have been playing hide and seek with us. Their *********** technicians last came to the hospital premises on Tuesday (21/08/2018) and promised to come back yesterday again to try and solve the isssue but they did not come yesterday. Maybe when patients start dying and those news appear in newspapers and prime time news then Telkom will wake up and start being serious about this matter. I have spoken to a Service Manager who's name is Vincent Lekoma several times, I have been calling their Corporate Fault Management Centre line everyday, and I have been communicating with them via Twitter but still they are not willing to take this matter seriously and resolve it. Our services as a hospital depend a lot on telephones as doctors have to refer patients to other hospitals, call other doctors to discuss patients, nurses have to call doctors on call for emergencies, we have to call hospital stakeholders for the daily operation of the hospital, and the community calls the hospital all the time. All this has not been happening since the 4th of August!!!
