On 4 December I logged a fault (581CTK041215), as the lightning storm that night struck the telephone pole outside my house and physically disconnected my line from the pole. It is lying on the ground in my garden. I got an SMS acknowledgement but never a call from a technician. On 11 December I got an SMS that my call was resolved and service restored, while the line is still not attached to the pole. Unfortunately I was out of the country at that stage, and could not do something immediately, but logged another call on 20 Dec (5CTK201215) with still no response. I have lost half a month of service due to this. Will I be credited for the time I did not have a phone line?<br> This sort of service is unacceptable, how can you lie and close a call when nothing was done?!
Best regards,
