Fault closed by technician without repairs
Reported my ISDN line not working on 3/07/15, & 10 days later when I called to query why its not repaired I'm told it was incorrectly captured so call centre closed the fault & reopened it \correctly". This morning I received sms that fault is with technician & then 1h30 later another sms to say fault repaired. The phone is still not working. This is very bad service. """
