Fault closed as "resolved" despite no work done

My issue 46BWK130418 was closed as "resolved" even though nothing was fixed. I reported the fault to Telkom through my ISP Crystal Web. Telkom sent a technician to my house WITH NO WARNING, so I wasn't there to let them in.

Telkom then proceeded to do an insane thing and close the issue as resolved without giving me ANY feedback, and ignoring me on Twitter as well.

I hope this company burns to the ground.
