Fault 23/6/2015 still not fixed 7/7/2015

Business line with Telkom. Fault loggged 23/6/2015. Still no technician has arrived. This is a business line and as such charged at a higher rate so that faults are fixed within 48 hours. It has now been two weeks and no one has attended to this fault. I have phoned the call centre multiple times every day. The call centre keep saying someone will come today (everyday) but no technician ever arrives and the problem persists. This is a huge problem for my business. What disgusting and shocking service. Telkom is killing my business.
