<p>Fault 1269CRK281116 open since 28/11/2016</p> <p>I have been without ADSL since Monday 28/11/2016 and to add to my misery my line is now crossed with a neighbor's line which means I have not been getting any of my calls.</p> <p>Before Last week Monday my ADSL internet services worked , no configuration changed in the house but my services stopped working.</p> <p>I have been calling every day for an update , and without fail each call Centre agent tells me a different story. I have also been promised on 2 occasions that an engineer will come to the house and phone none of which happened.</p> <p>Up till today I still have no services.</p>
