Fauls advertising, bad service and not very helpful.

<p>I have taken out a contract for a Huawei t1 "10" media pad on the 28th of December 2016. I was suppose to get a cover for the tablet cause that was advertised as part of the deal. However i was told that they are out of stock and that my name will be listed so once they get stock in i will be contacted, its been more then 3 months now and i still haven't heard anything from them. I stoppes by a few times at the store to find out if they got any stock yet and everytime i was told no they still waiting and i will be contacted. On Thursday 6 april 2017 i went to the store once again and was then told that al of a sudden it was a limited stock deal to get a cover when taking out the contract.. Wow this totally shocked me and i was really upset because if the consultant told me this the day i took the contract i would of bought my own.. The consultant then said she will contact their headoffice about this incident. She then emailed me and said that they confirmed that its limited stock. Im really disappointed that they advertise contracts with free things where as they know they dont have stock and probably wont get stock again but they dont communicate that with clients cause that might just effect some clients decisions on wther they would stil take the contract or not.</p>
