FAT JOKE - STILL NOT RESOLVED

STILL NOT RESOLVED!!!!!<br> <br> I had a cellphone contract through Telkom (biggest mistake ever). The contract ended on 30 Nov 2015. On 12 October 2015, I submitted Cancellation Forms in order to ensure that the contact was in fact cancelled. Guess what...to date, it has still not been cancelled and I am now being charged out of contract rates.<br> <br> Every single dealing with Telkom is a stuff up. Be it a Landline, ADSL or Cell Phone. You continually have to go back to check on everything otherwise it just isn't done. How do people keep their jobs when they are SO ***********!!!!!<br> <br> I even have a Reference Number (***6) which apparently, proves NOTHING.
