Fast to sell, never to deliver!

We app**** for a fibre contract with telkom. The rep said that we would have an answer within 3 days. 2 weeks passed and we didnt get an answer. We then app**** with another service provider and was approved within a day and the installation was done within 5 days. 3 months passed and suddenly we recieved an invoice crom telkom.... Uhm why? We nevere recieved confirmation that the application was approved nor was anything installed. I queried the invoice and recieved a reference and the consultant confirmed that it would be resolved. Another month passed and wow another invoice. Queried again. Another month passed and whoops there it was again. We now went into a telkom store were the lady logged a call and gave and promised that we will not get an invoice again. All costs will be reversed. Guesse what all costs was reserved but we recieved another invoice for March..... So now how the sweet hell do you bill people if no installation happened and furthermore how do you keep invoicing if we keep querying. Well i suppose that just like all the government entities and most of the South African companies Telkom talks a great deal but deliver nothing. Spend huge amounts on false advertising on how amazing their service is. Well needless to say Telkom will NEVER have me as a client. EVER!
