fast to collect slow to pay back

<p>I had a telkom line changed it recently but now im sitting with the problem with getting my refund. I have been calling and calling the number i was given but no response. called call centre they said i had too speak to this specific woman since she has my paper work. for 2 days her phone just rings. i have tried getting assistance else where even asked for a manager or supervisor to help, response was there wasnt a supervisor available....... really. I'm frustrated .... when you owe these companies they dont stop but now that the shoe is on the other foot.... I'm getting no assistance, calls or not even an email. </p>
