Fantastic service & pride in his work

I have to give credit to Mr. Christopher Mphela, from Telkom customer service. I was struggling to migrate from one package to another with Telkom. For a week I had no internet. And at least 6 phone calls did not sort the problem out. To be honest the service was very very bad and nobody could resolve a simple issue. <br> Finally Mr. Mphela, went above & beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. And stayed on the line until I was happy and the problem was fixed.<br> It is so refreshing to actually deal with someone who knows how to resolve a problem and has the respect in himself & others to care.<br> Well done Mr. Mphela.<br>
