I would like to thank Mbali at Telkom mobile sales department, i app**** for an Iphone 6 online however I was struggling to get feedback on my order after it was approved, yesterday Mbali called me and that's when I explained everything to her ,she listened to and went out of her way to assist me ,she explained and answered everything I asked, I could not thank her enough with the high level of service she provided me with.
