Much to my surprise, I really must commend you.<br> <br> I just received fantastic service from Thembakazi Soko at the Telkom call centre!<br> <br> I phoned Telkom to set up my phone line and DSL, Thembakazi answered the call with a friendly voice and helped me through the process step by step.<br> <br> She was efficient, thorough and incredibly helpful!
