Fantastic assistance by Ntombikayise Kulu (call centre agent)

I have been struggling with my internet connection for the last couple of days (will not go into detail as it was quite a complicated case). I have been phoning the call centre almost every day for 5 days in a row. Each and every time I have been redirected left, right and center to different departments trying to resolve my issue.

Today I phoned the call centre and spoke to Ntombikayise Kulu. How lucky was I.. She reassured me that she knows exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it. Her calm demeanor and detailed explanation gave me the reassurance that the issue will be resolved and guess what, a couple of minutes later a 5 day long struggle was quickly resolved within 30min.
