Falsifying fault reports in customer feedback

A line fault was caused on the 23rd of December by a Telkom technician in the area. Line attenuation went up to 60dB+ and SNR to unacceptable levels of 5dB or lower. Multiple faults were reported by myself as well as neighbours. This was also reported to MWEB and to the the various Twitter support accounts. On the 30th of December, I requested MWEB to follow up on the issue as nothing had been fixed on over a week and daily \escalations". They told me there are no faults or network issues reported in my area despite several fault reports being made that week and numerous escalations and attached reference numbers. The reference numbers provided to me and other third parties are false and do not exist"
