Falsified or data manipulation

Recently bought a promotional 11gig data from telkom and my data gets depleted In days I previous used their prepaid offers freeme 1gig and it lasted me a month and sometimes my data would expire..this 11gig on the other hand gets depleted in two week..i only use my data for Facebook and WhatsApp..please help me get out of this contract ..
