Falsely put on a 24 months LTE contract

I have signed up for a month to month LTE contract (sim only) for R699 monthly. Now that I have complained about signal that is down for a week, I've picked up that I was put on a 24 months contract which I specific didn't asked for. I need this corrected as soon as possible. (The Telkom’s SmartBroadband Wireless offers shall be available on a 24 month contract that includes an LTE WiFi router, and month to month for SIM only contracts - as per T&C)

The 2nd complaint

LTE signal went down from 30-40 mb/s speed to 150-300kb/s. Case no: ********** 7 Still not fixed after almost a week.
