FALSELY INFORMED

Falsely informed that I a CONTRACT holder can purchase airtime from any store as the current store was offline and can load this airtime onto my contract for data usage, which is NOT true and I have now lost R140 due to this! The ladies at the store are incredibly RUDE and refused to let me speak to the manager, the manager himself didn't take any of my calls! Pathetic service!!!!
