Falsely claiming I am in arrears

They deducted my debit order as normal, but something went wrong with their system, and now they're claiming my account is in arrears and they're going to deduct the money twice come the end of the month. I have phoned them countless times, and every time they see they can see the payment, but still my account is in arrears. This company is just the worst.
