FALSELY BLACKLISTED AND ACCOUNT IS FULLY PAID.

Telkom has stupidly blacklisted my husband and the account has been fully paid. Last year we received a paid up letter dated the 09th of October and his name is still not cleared. We have been calling and sending endless emails and still no assistance received from them. This has stopped us from applying for a house as this reflect negatively on the credit score. This is totally unacceptable and cannot go on any longer. We have had enough of this delay and will eventually involve our lawyers. Its exactly SEVEN MONTHS and no resolution received. Clear his name now and update all credit bureaus.
