FALSE TELKOM CONTRACT

After signing up to the single number contract with Telkom, we have had absolutely no satisfaction.The system that we were sold does not work and no-one at Telkom knows how to operate it. The salesman Mr Morgan Balakrishna who sold us the contract, never answers his calls or returns messages. The operations managers, Mr Prega Moodly & Rodney Moodly also don't know how to set up the system and after numerous phone calls & complaints I was advised to rather cancel my Telkom line and use my private cellphone (Vodacom).<br> This ludicrous advice from a TELKOM manager still doesn't alter the fact that I am paying for a contract that does not work, not to mention the false promises made by the salesman. When I asked if I could cancel the contract I was told to get hold of the salesman who, like I said never answers his phone and when I contact the office number no-one answers there either.<br> This is totally unacceptable that I was sold a system that doesn't work. It is also totally unacceptable that no-one knows or understands how the system works. It is also unacceptable that no-one is available to cancel the contract and get my Telkom line working as a normal line.<br>
