False Sales Info
Good day I recently was contacted on the 16/17 July to do my upgrade of which I was told included the 10 gig Promotional data offer which would last for 3 months only to find out that it actually ends the End July & that I dont qualify. I spoke to the Consultant who arranged my upgrade & he told me that all Freeme Contracts/upgrades should get the Promotion. my Reference number was ********** 4 the case I logged. Kindly assist in this matter as I have not received the Promotional data I was Offered as part of my Upgrade.
