False sales

Had a very bad experience with Telkom mobile for the renewal of my mobile data. An agent called me for the renewal, I shouldn't have taken the call or told her that I was not interested when she called me as this had created a whole mess on my credit profile. The person called me for the renewal of the mobile data for 2 numbers. I agreed to take up the renewal as she mentioned that I will pay R99 and R69 for the data on both numbers. The line on one number was not open for anything else but data initially and could not be opened for phone calls or additional data usage as it was initially when I took up the laptop contract. I was surprised to get high bills and enquired what happened. To date I have not received information from Telkom as to why the agent opened up the line and Telkom had the nerve to handy account to New Debt Management
