False representation, sucky service

<p>on the 14 of March I received an sms from telkom about one of their data promotions for half the price. On the sms itself it just said terms and conditions apply, there was no link for the terms and conditions and the terms and conditions were not stated either. I then rep**** yes to puchase the data, after which I received an sms that stated my pruchase was successful and my data bundle would expire in 7 days. I then called their call centre and was told by their agents that the sms they have on their side regarding the promotion is different and that there is nothing they can do as I wanted to reverse the transaction. He (agent) gave me an email address where i could lay my complaint. </p> <p>I did that and even sent a follow up email and to date have received no response from Telkom, instead they sent me an sms to rate their service. What kind of ****py service are we getting from service providers who blatantly lie to their customers. </p>
