False reporting

How does Telkom reply on a fault being restored when I was not contacted to find out what the problem is! !<br> You have sent me 2 sms's reporting that the problem was resolved but you don't know what the problem is. This is a joke and I cannot say that the service is bad if there was no service.<br> Wonder what's reported on the job cards??
