false publicity

I got a sms from Telkom mobile to say that if I bring a friend to the network I will be getting free airtime. I've changed people already n try to put in *187# but it says the nr is not a valid Telkom nr. So I decided to phone customer service, explain my problem n they told me that it will take up to 72hours to fix the problem. They logged a case n sent me a case nr. After 72hours nobody came back to me so I decided to call them. With no apologies I ask to speak to a manager who told me another story that's not stipulated in the sms or in the t's&c's. So after 96hours of waiting I decided to call them again with again bad news that the problem is not solved yet. Up until today, no response from Telkom mobile.
