False promises on offer of mobile phone and tablet

Telkom phoned me about 3 weeks ago and offered me a cell phone plus a Huawei Tablet for R199.00 p.m. for 24 months contract. Promised to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. The next call (on day 5) I received was that they want to offer me additional services with the contract. I told the caller that the phone etc. have not been delivered yet. Last week I received a SMS and said that the order has now been declined due to not been successful through the Credit Vetting Process. I've contact several credit bureaus to find out why am I blacklisted? I've not been black listed and there was no reason to decline the offer. Then today when I've tried to contact TELKOM to query this matter, nobody but nobody (about 10 different persons and telephone numbers) were not able to help me at all. Eventually I've talk to a lady which confirm that my details are the same and correct and no reason to decline my order. I couldn't believe that nobody in the whole Telkom company was able to assist me, they only gave me another number to phone, BAD BAD SERVICE, shame on you TELKOM, no wonder that the company is going under and now they've tried to safe it with bad more service delivery.<br>
