False promises made me lose a good deal

Last week, probably around the 15th I app**** for a contract on the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, knowing that it was a good deal I told the consultant (Musi Wakê) to first confirm stock. He asked me about the colour I wanted and I told him I dont mind. A day later I called another consultant told me there was no stock, same day Musi called me back and confirmed that there was indeed stock. On Monday They already took one full debit order. I received a sms with my order number saying that I will receive the device within 3 to 5 working days. I called telkom confirming that there is definitely stock, the lady told me if there wasnt stock I wouldnt have received an order number and that there is definitely one reserved for me. I got another great deal at our local Telkom (p30 and p30 lite for R399). I called telkom again, another consultant confirmed that I definitely have one reserved and that I dont have to stress. Today I get a email to say there is no more stock. I already missed a great deal because of false promises so what happens next since you claim that calls are recorded ? Order number ***A
