** False Promises Made **

in relation to my previous complaint i received a call from the customer services manager Alvin who promised a BRAND NEW tablet would be sent out , i then emailed the store manager Vasantha Soobramoney to chase up when the tablet would be in store for collection, when i went to pick up the tablet it was a device in a plastic packet , i will not accept it as a BRAND NEW TABLET IS SENT IN A SEALED BOX NOT A PLASTIC PACKET. when you promise a brand new tablet you expect to pick up from the store a device in a box not a plastic packet. Highly disappointed at the false promise made from the customer services manager.
