False promises from Telkom

Dear Telkom you are busy installing fibre in my area. You want me to order fibre from you. You send volunteers around falsely promising to switch on the fibre on 11 January. This date has come and gone and we have nothing. Telkom and Openserve have disappeared into thin air. If you are sincere about providing a service to people please contact me to explain why we are still waiting for fibre. I live in the Mayfair West/Langlaagte North area.
