False promises and poor service

App**** for Wi fi at the Kolannade Branch. Was promised delivery within a week and based on this cancelled our contract with a previous service provider. It has since been a month with the staff having no clue on expected delivery. Called the store a few times requesting to speak to the manager or area manager. We were told that they are not allowed to give out the number. Tried calling the call center and waited about 15 minutes with no answer.
