False promises and bad service

<p>Reported my landline out of order on 23rd May2016. Got an sms acknowledging this. Sunday 29th got call from a someone asking if i was as he was just around the corner and on his way to me. Well today is the 13th of June and I am still waiting for him. Got a progress report on 30th of may. I called Telkom again on 10th June and was promised that someone would come on weekend being 11th /12 June. No one has called and nobody came. That is almost three weeks of wasted time and I am still sitting without a telephone...What happened to the days when a fault was reported and within a day or two the problem was resolved... VERY POOR SERVICE TELKOM</p>
