False Promises about powerbank

<p>We signed up for a Samsung J5 prime contract in Dec 2016, this contract included a 32gig USB and a powerbank, we have received the USB on collection of the phone but we were told that the powerbank is not in stock and we will be contacted within a week or 2 to come collect it. It is now almost 5months later and we still havent received ONE single call about this matter. With various attempts to go into the Walmer Telkom shop (its almost 100km drive for us each time) we still have not received anything, not even a phone call. </p>
