False promises
I upgraded my phone and it was faulty within the first 3 days. I was told by Sphume that if it's faulty to bring it back and it will be replaced. Now they have sent it off for testing and refused to replace it. I demand that they replace it and not with the same make as I do not want to sit with a faulty phone for the next 2 years.
