False promises

I got a new contract from Telkom in Menlyn ,Pretoria because of the deal they offered that included 10 GB p.m. for free for the first 3 months. I was going on leave and new that would come in handy. This made the deal better than Cell C's otherwise it would have been much the same. The 1st month I lost the 10 MB because my phone portation took a month before Telkom took it over but that is part of the T,s and C's they said.So I go on holiday and use my data to get a bill today and to my surprise a over R1000 data usage must be paid. I go to the offices, long wait, lots of calls to find out that because Plettenbergbaai does not have a Telkom tower it becomes roaming data and for that I must pay as it goes thru a MTM tower. So after 2 months I have not used any of my promised data and have to pay for 8 GB data. The fact that they do not tell you this before the time is misrepresentation and total false advertising and if I could I would Cancele this contract but is now stuck with it for another 22 months. BE WARNED you do not get what was promised
