False Promises

<p>To whom it may concern,<br /><br />On Monday 20/03 I was contacted by a Telkom employee (called from ********** ), who arranged that a technician would come install my Fiber connection today 22/03 and I was told that it may be a lengthy process, so I took the day off work, waiting to hear from a technician... Nothing. And this is after I have been waiting months for my connection to be installed.<br /><br />I cannot afford to take time off for something which is not going to happen. </p>
