False promise , weak service delievery

I initially did the upgrade of my contract on the 27/11/2017. I was told that the device will be delivered with 4-7 working days . I was promised a confirmation email with a reference number , if I hold my breathe for this one ...........well I wouldn't make it .I have made 4 enquiries and called into the call center , after holding for 31min the first 2 times I eventually hung up . the 3rd and 4th attempt holding for 41min I got an answer and received the same old information that they are waiting for the device to change over from the warehouse to the courier ,its been 4 days and still the same status . Nobody has any answers as to when my device will arrive . I have 3 contracts with Telkom and this is making me reconsider if this is the type of network I would like my business to be with .
