False promise on Contract Cancellation

I have submitted contract cancellation on the 1st of November 2017 after an expiry of 24 months and the contract is still active. I have made several follow up since the 24th of November and the call centre indicated that the matter is escalated and the contract will be cancelled within 24 hours. Today is the 13th of December the contract is still active. I have spoken to various people and to mentioned few: Papalo Phoswa; Thembisile Shongwe and ********** and no of them have kept the promise. Their Manager Lerato Boloe refused to speak on the phone and promise to return call immediately and that have not happened. I have run out of option to have my contract cancelled. With every call, Telkom provide different story. The last story I was referred to the branch whereby Koketso Mashinini open another case; ********** 8
