False Promise
<p>I app**** to move my landline to a new premises, online on the Telkom website. Telkom had this adverti*****t that if you use their online functionality, you would get a "FREE CORDLESS PHONE! Consider it our house-warming gift to you." After various calls and three months down the line, Telkom does not reply to one of my emails and when I call the customer services they advice me to go to the nearest store. The store on the other hand just say that they dont know about this and they cant help me, I should call customer care.</p>

Telkom called me to reslove this issue and told me they have forwarded this query to another department. Hence no responce again for weeks.
