FALSE PRODUCTS SOLD TO CLIENTS

<p>Was contacted by person last year selling me a wonderful R69 Telkom package, with 2 gig social media and 500mb for Whatsup. Did not sign anything or receive any documentation on this product. So i received my new simcard. Since then i cannot make phone calls as i have no airtime, I CANNOT LOAD AIRTIME as well. I cannot go on facebook and my whatsups come through now and then. I have contacted TELKOM on numerous occasions to cancel this product so i can just be on prepaid BUT no luck. It has cost me to get a dual sim phone and get another simcard from another network, to load data and airtime on that phone so i can at least have a phone that works as i am on the roads all the time. So in actuall fact TELKOM is loosing. The product was SOLD as a false product as what was promised is not the real thing. From something that was only suppose to be R69 per month is R220 per month.</p> <p>CAN SOMEONE FROM TELKOM CONTACT ME SO WE CAN SORT THIS OUT.</p> <p> </p>
