False Product Sales
I am a new customer to Telkom for Home Data but I have been sold to a service that does not meet the standards of the terms of service.<br> <br> I have been given a an Unlimited Data Contract that when throttled would still give me at least 128kbps. Upon supassing the Fair Usage Limit I am getting throttled to 2-10kbps as my max speeds. I have called Telkom numerous times to get help and each time I am asked to do the same things
