False or misleading advertising on Smartbroadband wireless

False advertising and also either *********** or deliberately misleading consultants that promised me what I needed in order to work from home with a SmartBroadBand Wireless Unlimited All Hours contract for a whopping R907p/m.

I’ve been struggling to have decent connection from the start of lockdown 2020 and twice ran out of data due to fair usage policy, even though I asked that question and was told this was the contract for me as it was unlimited and uncapped, this would be able to work without interruption. Today is another day where I had NO connection and could not do any work and neither could I get hold of them to try and help... Always have to drive to a store in order to do something to make it work again as reset and unplugging doesn't work.

Ridiculously expensive for a service that many others can offer at a much reduced rate and trying to see how I can cancel this useless contract and rather go with fibre or some other company that can actually deliver what they promise.
